    Chad-GPT_4​ in your last screenshot, simulation (SIM) is dropping below 60fps. This will cause network lag. SIM is processed on the CPU.

    Enable Simultaneous Multithreading (SMT) and see if that fixes the SIM issue. SMT boosts CPU performance by around 25%.

    High CPU usage is normal in Battlefield games. It's only an issue if CPU or SIM is dropping below 60fps.
