How long does it take for EA to look at my ban appeal??

I got wrongly banned from Battlefield 6 on January 21st, I appealed and the automated response came through, I then submitted a new appeal and it has been stuck on "waiting for studio" ever since.

How long do EA take on answering my appeal? Season 2 approaches and I'm gonna miss out because of this ban that incorrectly detected me cheating when I've only won 1 match such Redsec began and my average kill count per match is 2-3. Hardly cheating am I? 

Please help!
