How long does it take for EA to look at my ban appeal??

Thanks for the reply however when I've submitted another dispute, it gets closed immediately as it is flagged as a duplicate.

My original appeal is still marked as "waiting for studio".

This is so frustrating! I've waited a month now! 

Don't hold your breath Coops3k​  I have been waiting since Nov'2025. It is still saying "Waiting on Studio"

Try opening a case with an advisor. Don't submit another dispute since that goes to ToS. Try these steps:

1. Go to help.ea.com
2. Type EA Account into the search field
3. Select the EA account tile
4. Click on See more topics
5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
6. Hit the option for chat

That should let you open a case with an advisor where you can ask them for an update.

I am unable to find the chat option.

I can open up a chat window but it is an automated service that forces you to ask generic questions before leading you to a page on the EA Help site. 

Even when I state in the chat window that I would like to speak with an advisor, it leads me to the appeals page.

This is getting cumbersome!! And Season 2 is out now!!

You could try creating a case without being logged in. Otherwise, I don't have anything else to suggest, unfortunately. You'll just have to wait until there's a response to the dispute.

Yeah the appeal system is broken and unreliable and even if they reply to you your appeal will get denied from what ive experienced so good luck with that and keep us updated if you finally succeed with your appeal.
