How to fix this?

Thanks for the video! Looking at the footage, your Left/Right mouse click signals are getting interrupted and reset almost instantly. Since this only happens in BF6, it is highly likely an input conflict rather than a hardware issue.

Please try these 4 steps to fix it:

1. Lower Your Mouse Polling Rate (Most Likely Fix):
If you are using a gaming mouse set to a high polling rate (2000Hz, 4000Hz, or 8000Hz), the game's input handler can overload. This causes a long-press signal to be misread as a rapid on-off toggle. Open your mouse software (Logitech G HUB, Razer Synapse, etc.) and lower the polling rate to 1000Hz or 500Hz, then restart the game.

2. Check for Duplicate Key Bindings:

Your mouse clicks might be accidentally assigned to another action (like Sprint, Melee, or Switch Weapon) at the same time. Go to your in-game Key Bindings settings and make sure no other actions share the Left and Right mouse clicks. Alternatively, try resetting the "On Foot" controls back to Default.

3. Completely Close Device Management Software:

Background apps like G HUB, Synapse, or iCUE can conflict with the game's input system due to profile-switching features. Open Windows Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and completely end these tasks before launching BF6 to test.

4. Disable Steam Input (If on Steam):

If you play via Steam, the "Steam Input" feature can cause the game to constantly switch between mouse and controller layouts, creating severe input stutter. Right-click BF6 in your Steam Library > Properties > Controller, and change the setting to "Disable Steam Input".

Please try the polling rate adjustment first, and let us know if your weapons can finally fire in full-auto!
