How to re-open a closed case
I need to re-open a case that was closed, and I don't have the resume button on the My Cases page.
I ask to re-open instead of making a new case because the current case is set as "declined" to make a change to my account, so I can't go through chat to help with this.
Additionally, when I try to make a new case for the same reason, I get bombarded with self-service articles rather than actually submitting the case, which doesn't help because nothing on my account currently allows me to make a new case or make a new appeal. And it always gives me the suggestion to go on live chat which will open a new case, but it would make most sense to keep everything in the same case??? I don't think that sounds unreasonable. Thank you
