I'd like to know as well. Paid for items remain locked. It's been month and a half. I was waiting patiently once support actually responded and came to check on progress after a month's time and it says case closed, nothing to be done.
So what now.....Just f.u. from ea?. Now it just sends u too self help riddles that have been done numerous times
