I bought the battle pass, and I haven't received anything for the purchase!

I purchased the Season 2 Battle Pass on May 9th at 7:50 PM Brasília time, and even though I'm at the maximum level of the pass, I skipped to Season 3 and received nothing!

Purchase made through the EA app on the computer.

We’re aware that some players who purchased the Season 3 Battle Pass did not receive their intended 25 tier skips. The underlying issue has now been resolved, and the team is actively working to grant the missing tier skips to affected players. Thank you for your patience.
