I can NOT submit my appeal on the website

So I came here and asking for help. I was just discussing the movie "Lord of war" with my friends in chat box and get banned by observed hateful conduct, that's ridiculous I don't know how to get permanent banned by such words, did I insult someone in the game? And even I can NOT appeal for myself on the official web.
