I didn't receive the Season Pass rewards, Lost Battlefield coins

Question

Two days ago, I purchased the Battle Pass for the current season of Battlefield 6.

However, I failed to receive the 100 Battlefield Coins that I should have earned based on the progress I had already made prior to the purchase. In other words, purchasing the Battle Pass did not grant me the progress-based reward (100 Battlefield Coins) I was entitled to.

I waited for two days, thinking it might be a server delay, but the reward never arrived and has simply vanished.

It appears to be a bug preventing the proper distribution of Battle Pass rewards.

Please help me get this reward restored.

Could you first confirm which Battle Pass path and tier the missing BFC should be from?
Some BFC rewards are part of the free reward so it’s possible that you may have already earned those before purchasing the Battle Pass. If that is the case, they would not be granted again after purchase.
