I got Packet Loss problem very hard
When I played and most people stick together and blow up something. Everything went to Slow motion mode and Ice Skating.

My RAM is indeed single channel mode.
Running a 7900xtx and a 7800x3d. With ethernet cable. No matter my settings. I experience severe packet loss on every mode I try. Really hope it gets addressed soon. I really want to play
Do you get packet loss in or out?
Unfortunately, I have the same problem. The game is unplayable like this. Unreasonably high NT.

That's most like likely causing the low fps. Check your motherboard user manual for info on which memory slots should have RAM sticks in them for dual channel mode.
I'm using an asrock b450,. Switched my RAM to the dual channel slots, but still no improvement
