I purchased phantom upgrade and don't have phantom squad or pro token

I bought the upgrade last night. I'm on PS5. I have all the weapon skins, charms, stickers and vehicle skins, but pro challenges are still locked, didn't skip any tiers and don't have the phantom squad.

What's next? EA support chat sent me here.

My problem remains.
I would say maybe I'll get by tier skips and have pro challenges unlocked when next season starts because maybe I was too far along to skip 25 tiers this time, but that doesn't explain why I don't have the phantom squad.
