I purchased phantom upgrade and don't have phantom squad or pro token

I bought the upgrade last night. I'm on PS5. I have all the weapon skins, charms, stickers and vehicle skins, but pro challenges are still locked, didn't skip any tiers and don't have the phantom squ...

My problem remains.

I would say maybe I'll get by tier skips and have pro challenges unlocked when next season starts because maybe I was too far along to skip 25 tiers this time, but that doesn't explain why I don't have the phantom squad.
