I want to know how much longer I have to wait.
It's been Submit an appeal 48 hours since I filed my complaint, but I haven't gotten a reply.

It really depends on a number of factors, but it can take a few days for our terms of service team to get back to you. I'd recommend not continuing your case, as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to see it. I can only ask that you be patient until you receive a response.
