I was banned while playing Battlefield 6 normally

I am a player from China. I was playing Battlefield 6 online with my friends when I suddenly got disconnected. The campus network I use is often unstable, so I switched to my mobile hotspot after being disconnected. However, when I attempted to log back in, I found my account permanently banned.

I guarantee that I have never used any third-party auxiliary software for any EA game, and my in-game statistics are completely normal. I have been a fan of the Battlefield series since I was a middle school student years ago. I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 immediately when pre-orders opened. I truly love this game and cherish the fun of playing with my friends.
