I'm unable to finalize the orders; all required tasks have been completed

I have reinstalled the game files and verified the data for errors. I also let teammates handle the vehicle marking, whether from the general team or within the squad. Despite all this, progress is not being recorded, even though the task is clearly being completed. This concerns Pioneer Task 3. I am able to hit laser-marked vehicles, both air and ground targets, but the points are not being credited to me.
