In the meantime, could you please confirm whether you’ve already tried all the steps in our connection troubleshooting guide, including changing your DNS?

This isn’t necessarily to suggest that there’s a problem with your internet connection. The connection between your device and our game servers isn’t direct, and there can be multiple points along the way. If we can identify a pattern, such as the issue affecting players using a specific Internet Service Provider, that information could be much more useful for narrowing down the cause.
