Infinite End Match Screen Bug

I just encountered a bug at the end of a conquest round on the Cairo map. Instead of displaying any of the end game results--best squad, my squad, progression, battle pass, etc, it was just blank. Not even any sound effects for the end round results were playing. Very weird. 

I was concerned that I would lose my progression from the match if I left before everything loaded, so I waited it out. After a few minutes, I was booted back to the main menu. No error message or anything though. It didn't impact my progression though, it at least counted my battle pass progression.
