Infinite Load Screen Between Matches - MultiPlayer

I can get into a multiplayer match without issues - quick, easy, and fun.

However, my issue arises when the game is over... I get a satisfying progress menu with all my hard work and achievements being calculated, then seconds later the game prepares the next match. I get a loading screen and I never get to leave it. Stuck there. Have to exit the application and restart the entire game every single match.

Is there a fix for this? Does anyone know why it's happening?
