Intel Arc Random Crash B580 A770

I kept having random crashes after many matches at any point during or after a match.

After researching the logs I found that the newer Intel ARC Driver is requiring the following .net install and if it doesn't have it then it shuts down the graphics driver crashing anything you are running.

That file is:  

aspnetcore-runtime-8.0.23-win-x64.exe

After installing this I have now played over 100 hrs without it crashing thus I figured I should warn fellow Intel owners.
