is redsec going to be improved?

For me redsec is unplayable. I have a 800Mbit download and 400 Mbit upload. I have no issues in the main mp game but with redsec I have huge issues. The connection looks okay but there is just low to no hit detection. You see hit markers but there is no damage. this is so in 80% of the games i play. 

I checked youtube videos, visited reddit and other forums and i see that there are entire posts and topics aboout this problem. 

Is and when will there be a solution or at least a response?
