Stuck on tier 3 of bonus battle pass 85 points from task not registered

Hi I completed the task for 85 points for the bonus battle pass but did not receive them stuck on tier 3 with no other way of completing pass it's frustrating cause my brother had no issue and just got the task done and completed the battle pass any news when this will be fixed??
