Is there anyone who can help me?

I pre-purchased the Deluxe Edition of Battlefield 6 on Steam. Half an hour ago, I was kicked out of the game; upon re-logging into Steam, a pop-up stated my EA account was permanently banned. Yet I found no penalty records on the EA platform.

I wish to know the ban reason, as it bars me from playing Battlefield 6. For official game modes, I only played against AI bots—does excessive bot play count as cheating? Also, I switched network acceleration nodes only to fix connection issues and improve gameplay, which shouldn’t justify a ban.

Please provide a reasonable explanation, investigate the cause, and unban my account. I value this account greatly (even pre-purchased the Deluxe Edition before open beta), and the unexplained ban has troubled me deeply.

  • Send them a ticket if you think you were unfairly banned. We cannot do anything here.

The same over here bro, bought a EA plus subscription. Mainly to check if it is worth buying. I played on my controller for like 5 hours, sat in a tank and suddenly got " banned ". Never used third party software, the point of a game is to have fun, not cheat.

Send them 3 appeals already, knowing it takes at LEAST 10 days for a review, let alone an answer.

They have no official customer support and send you to their community on a forum.

    Typical.

Don't cheat (even against AI bots). Nobody likes cheaters (even AI bots). Thank god EA uses HWID bans and TPM 2.0 (which detects spoofers even better than cheats).

Do you use cheats in other games ? Maybe the AC can detect this. Or other things on ur pc that can be consider like cheats ?

Open a ticket on EA , this is the only thing you can do.

Thank you for your reply. I have never run any auxiliary software or cheating programs on my computer, and no one would cheat in the computer vs. human mode—it’s totally beyond comprehension.

I found that the reason for the ban was "gaining a competitive advantage," but in PvP mode, I can barely fend off enemies. I only got a high number of kills in the computer vs. human mode. Could excessive kills against AI opponents also result in a ban? This is really frustrating.

As far as I know, many people around me have been banned without reason just like me. Appealing to the official team also takes an indefinitely long time. This makes us disgusted with the game’s anti-cheat system, and it’s also very unfriendly to our money. This is truly annoying.

I don't think playing against bots at the beggining and getting a very high K/D is bannable. Considering they lock that away from you after certain rank , this isn't any " competitive advantage " as long as it's only for a couple of ranks when the account is new,  just wasn't making sense otherwise.

If that so, for sure it's a problem they will fix... sadly because the game is very early yet they have to take care of a lot of things now ( so far from the posts made here). Be patient waiting for the response, nothing more you can do at this point.

EA has long been plagued by the issue of false bans. Battlefield 6 is a game I really love, but I feel extremely frustrated while it remains unbanned. If the ban isn’t lifted, I won’t play this game anymore—this is just my own quiet protest, that’s all :)
