Hey ZEROO,

We’re aware that some players who purchased the Season 3 Battle Pass did not receive their intended 25 tier skips. The underlying issue has now been resolved, and the team is actively working to grant the missing tier skips to affected players. Thank you for your patience!

Just to be 100% clear: Are you also aware that the issue isn't just about missing skips, but that they were automatically applied to the old Season 2 instead because Season 3 wasn't live yet? I want to make sure the fix covers this specific 'wrong season' error so the skips actually end up on the Season 3 pass as intended.
