FPS DROPS AND GAME IS NOT SMOOTH ANYMORE

Hi i use RX 9060XT 16GB and Ryzen 5 9600X until the last update game was so smooth no packet loss no latency no fps drops now im having fps drops especially when in chaos, when i die and wait for 5 seconds to respawn game literally stops, i dont know how to fix it changing the graphics is not helping there should be something else, CPU usage is %100 i dont know if that makes sense, anyone know how to fix?
