Thank you! Next, please try testing with these steps:

Temporarily remove Turtle Beach/Waves virtual audio software and WavesTBVirtual.sys.
Disconnect the VPC/VIRPIL, VKB and Stream Deck hardware and test with only keyboard/mouse.
Confirm there are no ASRock A-Tuning/Polychrome/RGBLED drivers such as asrdrv101.sys.
Reinstall EA AntiCheat after those components are removed and rebooted.
If Error 95 remains, stop removing random drivers and collect a full driver inventory for escalation.
