Javelin still running when closing BF6. Cant launch BF6 when Javelin running

I don't know Javelin should continue running or not, but the issue im experiencing is that while Javelin is still running th EA App thinks im still playing BF6. Even though BF6 is closed. 

The EA app thinks i've played BF6 for 86 hours atm but I haven't played more than ~25 hours.

In order to launch BF6 again I have to force close Javelin through Task Manager.
