Jitter problem

Hello, bought game with thoughts that i can play it normally, now how technical issues with game, can not solve this problem in support because i can not send report about it, my specs are 3060 rtx (laptop edition), ryzen 7 5000 series, have jitter and fps sign in game when i am playing on large and medium scale battles. This broblem was in battlefield 2042 also. I've tried to solve itby myself but nothing works well, can someone help with this problem. I have latency variation and low fps sign while i have 80+ fps in game but at the same time i have slow motion and other players and enemy just teleporting. please help me how to contact support or how to solve this prolem to play normally.
