Keep getting banned for game enchantments

Hello,

I would like to know what is repeatedly flagging my account as a cheater or game enhancement user.

I have been banned three times. After the first ban, I waited several weeks for a response. The second ban took months to resolve. The third ticket was overturned in less than 24 hours.

Due to these events, I also missed Battle Pass progression and rewards during the time my account was restricted.

Could I please receive an explanation from the anti-cheat development team regarding what is causing these repeated false flags?
