lab issue

i am having isues with the labs, i get the emails for the playtest and done all the emails ask me to do. its took my code when i put it in but nothing is happening. The Discord link dont work. wondring if anyone else have this issue. As you could see that the code is in my name but wont load it up also i am having issue with joining the discord for the chat
