Same problem here. Received a steam key, but i only own the game on the EA app. Steam and EA app are correctly linked. I can not launch BF labs because it says multiplayer is not installed.
Fixed it by checking all the boxes on the DLC page within steam. You do not need to have the full main game within steam.
I don't understand, you have to go the Steam Page of BF6 or Redsec ? How can you check the boxes ?
I went to both games and I couldn't check any box, also tried to go the Labs steam page, but impossible to find.In Steam > Library, right click on BF Labs and click Properties. Then in that Properties, click DLC and check all of those boxes
I'm downloading all of the "DLC" now so I hope it works!
