Hi, I may have a very strange fix. My issue is when I try to play on my main windows account i instant crash can barely get splash screen and have found other people with the same issue. What I have found works (dumbly) make a new user on your windows, DO NOT CONNECT IT TO A WINDOWS/MICROSOFT ACCOUNT. Don't connect it to one drive or anything related to it just make a blank user. For some ungodly reason there is a group of people who are having weird crash issues related to being connected to windows/microsoft account (maybe due to some weird security? idk) but its been the only way I can play the game and any battlefield game now, Its worth a shot makes it really annoying to start up the game but its better than wasting money
