Im having some trouble with the lat var i check my Internet and is ok is there something to do about it?

Iron_Hiide7 please run a speed test and post a screenshot of the results.

HEAT_V1NK1NG your speed test looks good. There's low jitter so I doubt there's any issues with your home router or ISP.
The next step is to run a traceroute to the game server. Are you on Xbox?

Do i need to run the test in the same xbox or can be on the phone?

Iron_Hiide7 your speed test looks really good. There's very low jitter and no packet loss.
Was the speed test run on the Xbox with wifi? I'm surprised the jitter is so low on wifi.
Your home router and ISP don't appear to be causing any latency variation (jitter).
The only other thing you can do is run a traceroute to the game server to see where exactly the latency variation is occuring. To do this run a wifi hotspot on a Windows PC and then connect the Xbox to the wifi hotspot.
