Latency issues and frame drops

Hi guys, I am experiencing issues with performance on battlefield 6, especially on the larger scale maps. There are tiny lags and stutters and they become very noticeable on the big maps, where I always get the latency variation warning on the side, as well as framedrop/low fps every now and then on different locations. It's better on the small maps, but happens there as well from time to time.

I have a somewhat powerfull pc and get overall around 90-100 fps in 1440p ultra settings. Same fps on high settings, might be cpu bottlenecked. The cpu (R7 5800x) is at 80-99% usage constantly and gpu (rx 6950 xt) often around 70-90%. I have lowerd cpu demanding settings in order take off load from cpu.  I use stable wired internet connection with 750mbps download upload. Now I have checked a lot of settings making sure the pc is optimized and up to date with newest version of bios, drivers, Radeon adrenaline and so on. Nothing seems to do the trick.

I would greatly appreciate some help so I can fully enjoy this otherwise amazing game. I'm left wondering if it is server related and not on my end. Seen others reporting similar issues, but not found any fix yet. Any tips to fix this? It does not help that it is impossible to get in touch with EA when new cases wont register on their side.
