Launching problems with BF6 on release day and no compensation
I had trouble launching Battlefield 6 on launch day. I was informed that I needed to purchase individual game components. DICE sent a notification about compensation for these issues (XP boosters and free access to the Season 1 Pass). I have the Standard Edition. I still haven't received this compensation. Furthermore, I haven't received my daily login rewards since launch. In emails requesting help with this issue, I'm receiving instructions from your consultants to post on the English forum and see if they can do anything about it. Is this serious? Such issues should be addressed immediately via the hotline or a short email exchange, not ignored by the customer. Please issue the promised compensation immediately.
