Level reset and lost content

Went to start battlefield 6 2 days ago was forced to log into ea and could not bypass its never asked for this before I was level 395 and my level has gone back to level 1 I’ve lost all content that I have paid for and even the battle pass has reset I’ve tried talking to a advisor takes hours for a reply I’ve opened cases and they just get closed for no reason I’m so not happy 😡 see attached my lost info level 395
