Lifetime Account linkage

I couldn't find a topic already covering this so if this has already been addressed I missed it. Im having a problem that I can not reactivate my EA account with my PSN account because its linked to a hotmail account I can not access is there a way to change the EA account linkage by escalating up the EA customer service chain or is that not an option because I currently can not launch the game right even though my PSN email and EA email are a gmail account but the launch screen says to reactivate I need to access a hotmail account that's been deleted. Im hoping I didn't buy a 60 dollar game I can not play.
