Light Flickering Graphical bug On AMD GPU

RX 5700 XT - occasional light flickering occurs, usually when indoors. I'm using low settings with FSR set to Quality. I've attached YouTube video showing the flickering bug https://youtu.be/WleIY3plJzc?si=ULYJGpQXH0j2QRf2
