poor performance after season three update

since the season 3 launch i have had cup issue, going from 70-80% usage on mostly  high and ultra during season 2, to 95-100 cpu usage with major stuttering and low gpu use having around 40-45 despite having up to date driver 

AMD ryzen 5 7600x, Nvidia 4070 super, 32gb of kingson DDR5 ram
