Bought Items in BF6 store not applied to profile

Bought some BFC on April 28th. With those coins bought some level ups, level skips, not really sure the english term. Exactly 3 x 10 items, so my account should have increased 30 levels, but it did not. Until before the last Battle Pass you could see at the bottom of the Battle Pass section of the main menu something like 30 level ups available, now that message dissapeared, still zero level ups applied to my account. Dont know what to do.
