Locked out of multi-player after phantom edition purchase

I spoke with two tech agents last night to resolve the issue. They were unable to do so. On 05/26/2026,  I purchased the battlefield 6 "phantom edition" and received some of the skins and weapons. However, on the multiplayer function, they are all locked, which should not be happening because of my purchase?
