Lost Connection to EA and can not re-connect

Question

Me and two other friends lost connection to the EA servers mid-game (BF6). We have since not been able to re-connect. All 3 of us are not experiencing any internet issues as we are all still talking via discord. I also was not able to connect to EA servers via BF4. According to server reports, no servers are down, yet we can't re-connect. What's going on? We are all located in different parts of Australia.

Cannot Connect to Online Services - getting this error after 100hrs of gameplay. I don't understand. Using the EA app to launch game. See attached screenshot

Tried the following below.

restarted router
cleared file cache
tried repairing game
tried re-installing
