Lost Twitch Drops & Terrible Support Experience

Hello players and the development team (I really hope someone from the dev team reads this).

First of all - Twitch Drops

Back in August, during the Battlefield 6 Open Beta, I earned all the Battlefield 6 Open Beta Twitch Drops.
I did everything that was required:

  1. Linked my Twitch account to my EA account.
  2. Opened my Twitch inventory.
  3. Claimed the rewards.

Then, on October 10, I earned all the Battlefield 6 Launch Twitch Drops, and once again:

  1. Opened my Twitch inventory.
  2. Claimed the rewards.

After that, I launched the game - but none of the rewards appeared. I saw a forum post saying that the developers were aware of the issue and were working on it, so I waited.
Later, however, I noticed something strange: my EA account showed no connection to Twitch, even though on my Twitch account, it clearly shows that my EA account has been linked for 3 months (see the screenshot - the text in Russian says: “Connected 3 months ago”).

On October 22, I contacted support. They fixed the linking issue and told me to reconnect my Twitch account to EA, which I did.
But of course, my Twitch Drops never appeared - because I had already claimed them earlier, when EA’s system didn’t recognize the Twitch connection, even though the accounts were actually linked.

Secondly - the Support Experience

I tried to resolve the missing Twitch Drops issue through EA Support, but that was a completely frustrating experience.
Not only does the chat use automatic translation, making it difficult to understand what the support agent actually means, but I was also told that it was my fault - that my accounts weren’t linked properly.
As I’ve already explained (and can prove with a screenshot), I linked my Twitch and EA accounts back in August, and again, the screenshot clearly says: “Connected 3 months ago.”

Yes, maybe I care too much about these rewards - they’re not even that special - but as someone who played 60 hours during the beta and already over 90 hours since launch, and who watched the streams specifically to earn Twitch Drops, I just want to receive what I rightfully earned.

Hi, I have a similar problem. I had linked all my accounts. I bought the game on Steam. The EA app doesn't show that I own the game. When I redeemed my promo code, it said that I have to have installed BF6 on the EA app. I have the game, but the problem is that Steam and the EA app are not linked properly. On the website on EA, there is a connection between Steam EA, Twitch - everything. I contacted support and they said that this problem is known, that I should wait for EA update. In my opinion, there is a similar problem with functionality in your case. Hope they solve it soon.
