This is without a doubt an issue , I've been doing the challenge for 100 head shots and 5k damage and honestly I thought I was going mad . I began saving the last 15 seconds of play on my ps5 and I have so many clips now of absolutely no registration at mid to long range shots it's just massively frustrating.
