MAJOR TN Spikes when in combat/congested zones

As the title says, my friends and I TN spikes whenever joining combat or entering contested zones. Were moving in slow-motion but everything around us is normal-ish.

 This is only in modes with lots of destruction and vehicles (TDM and Domination works fine).

The weirdest part is that we can play perfectly on community/portal servers. How come? My friend also had this problem in BF 2042

We have tried: Lan and Wifi connection. Turning XPM on/off, Turning VSync on/off, Turning settings down, Setting specific RAM speed, re-downloading drivers and much more.

Hope you guys might find a fix, because we don't want to play on "bot  servers" all the time...
