Make us whole Bundle ( Dead Space event)

I bought the Bubdle makes us whole and the transaction went through but I didn't get the bundle, I restarted the game and waited,  even this morning I checked if it was there but nothing. 

I only have the Icon of the bundle , but the stickers and the background are missing
