Manhattan bridge and New Sobek City maps have vehicles spawning issues

When you load in to both maps, I’m not sure if it’s both team at once or only one team, it seems to be both teams, vehicles are showed to be spawned in, but are not available all game long. For example, on manhattan, one of the attack helicopters is missing for one team while the other team has theirs spawning, it really frustrating. And for New Sobek City, both team have no attack helicopter even tho it says it’s there, sometimes one of the tanks is also missing, most of the time is the main battle tank missing
