Map Launch during Squad Games

When playing in a pre-made squad (one created in the lobby), I very often don't get pulled into the matchmaking queue. This sometimes happens when searching for a match for the first time, and at least 50% of the time when switching maps or games.

I have the feeling it also depends on which squadmate is in charge of the matchmaking. When I play solo, I can load any map without any problems. Joining later also works, but with the drawback of having to wait in the queue.

I also had this problem in BF2042, but it's much more frequent in BF6.

Does anyone else have this problem, or does anyone have a solution?
