Mapping Push to Talk on PC with Controller

Not sure if this should be a discussion or a bug but right now there's no way to map this. It defaults to Caps Lock and even hitting Caps Lock it does not work when using controller. Can we please have PTT be able to be mapped to any keyboard button when using controller?
