Severe Lag and Packet Loss Despite High FPS

I am experiencing severe lag and stuttering while playing Battlefield 6, despite having a high-end PC.

System specifications:

CPU: Intel Core i7-14700KF

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070

RAM: 32 GB DDR4

The game runs at over 200 FPS, but I frequently see the Packet Loss and High Latency warning icons in the top-left corner. My latency often reaches around 177 ms, resulting in stuttering, rubberbanding, delayed hit registration, and an overall poor gameplay experience.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Reinstalled the game

Updated to the latest GPU drivers

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.

What is particularly strange is that the game used to run perfectly on this same PC. The problem only started after I performed a clean installation of Windows. Since then, the issue has been present consistently.

Could you please investigate whether this might be related to a known issue, or advise me if there are any additional troubleshooting steps I should try?
