Mouse ADS bug

I have the exact same issue. Also left handed setup and when I try to ADS, the gun or gadget fires one round.

I have something extra details for this; The ADS shooting bug happens to me as well. My issue was initially a bit different, I have a steam controller that I play on through Steam itself; Whenever I go into a game or in the firing range, my gun starts shooting single shots randomly, with about 1 second in between. Then it pauses for a bit, like 3 seconds, then it starts again. This happens without any inputs from the controller or MnK. I tried checking controller inputs (thinking I might have my deadzones set too small) and nothing is being registered, also tried adjusting said deadzones but still it happens.
Also, this might be related (maybe some random input is being recorded from MnK), whenever I go into the EA menu inside the game (when I press right trigger), the glyphs are initially controller glyphs, then after some seconds (1-3sec, random each time) the glyphs change to MnK glyphs.
Now back to the initial bug, the controller is not sending out any inputs (tested) and i tried with and without steam layouts using the gyro/trackpads/capacitive sensor inputs etc. When disconnecting the controller, the random firing stops, but the ads firing bug still happens.

Pretty dissapointing since I just bought the battle pass yesterday and I wanted to try it out today.

​I have the exact same issue after today's update, and I managed to find out exactly why it's happening.

​The game's keybinding system is currently broken and only works correctly if the Windows mouse settings are set to the default, right-handed mode.

​If I turn OFF the mouse button swap in Windows, I can successfully bind the physical Right Click to "Fire" and the physical Left Click to "Aim", and the gameplay works fine. However, doing this completely ruins my Windows desktop experience and the in-game menus, because everything becomes right-handed, which is terrible for a left-handed user.

​If the Windows button swap is turned ON (my normal setup), the keybinding menu glitches out and registers every single press as a "Left Click", making it impossible to bind anything.

​DICE, your update completely broke how the game reads Windows-swapped mouse inputs. It worked perfectly before today. Please fix this input handling conflict for left-handed players!

yeah this is what I figured out too. You can rebind the mouse buttons in the BF settings but it will STILL have fire bound to the LMB so when you set aim to LMB you fire and ADS. Don't know why it worked just fine for 8 months and now its broken but yeah I have to go into window settings and switch mouse buttons just to play this game 

Same issue. Lefthanded, primary buttons on the mouse are swapped in system settings. Default button mapping (did reset to make sure).

 Fires one round when entering ADS, which is really no bueno for anything non-auto. 

It's even worse in vehicles, the IFV for example randomly zooms when I shoot at like an 80% zoom/unzoom as you fire & it just makes tank play impossible.

I've noticed another glitch, I use side buttons for jump, croutch & prone... Even those randomly stand when you hit crouch or jump when you try to stand & even slide after you jump even though those buttons were not pressed.  C'mon Dice, id really like to play

Exactly the same thing happened to me, I've turned off:raw mouse input' in the game settings and it seems to have done the trick
