Matchmaking problems

There seems to be a problem specifically with closed weapon playlists where you find basically empty matches and they will fill the game with bots. Even if you had a full lobby in the previous match the next one might become a bot farm. I don't think it is the lack of players. An actual server browser with persistent official servers would be the easiest solution here.
